Anastasia Korzhenko, Senior Software Tester

Today, we introduce you to Anastasia Korzhenko, Senior Software Tester at Exactpro. She shares her inspired journey through the various roles she’s taken on within the company and how each step has uniquely shaped her career and personal growth.

— I was in my third year at university when I first heard about Exactpro – a company offering excellent career growth opportunities in testing and IT. On February 18, 2020, I joined Exactpro as a Junior QA Analyst, and I could never have imagined how much this decision would impact both my professional and personal life.

During my time at the company, I’ve had the chance to explore various roles: as a tester, I developed my attention to detail and stringent quality control skills; as a business analyst, I had to focus on requirements gathering and optimising business processes within a small part of the project; I took on responsibilities as a team lead and mentor, which allowed me to develop project management skills and enhance team performance. All of this eventually led me to the position of Senior Software Tester.

I’ll be honest, it hasn’t always been easy to tackle challenges, but, at Exactpro, there are always people to support and guide you. In fact, the people at the company are its most valuable asset. No matter what difficulties arise, it’s the people who help overcome obstacles and achieve new milestones.

In my time outside of work, I enjoy playing the piano, cooking, and hiking. These activities help me maintain a balance and find inspiration in both life and work.
