Interview Process

Send us your CV

We will review your CV within 1-2 working days. Make sure it contains all the necessary information that demonstrates your suitability for the role. We value your ability to analyse requirements and work with documentation.

Take the test

If your CV meets our requirements, we will send you a test. It will take no more than 1 hour to complete the test. The test submission deadline is 1 week. We will review your responses within 1-3 working days after receiving them.

Attend the interview

The interview will be conducted by our HR specialists and technical representatives online or in person, and will take about 1-2 hours. You will be asked to complete tasks in software testing, programming, maths and English. Make sure you review the suggested reading materials, prepare your questions, and get ready for the interview.

Get the job offer/pointers

As a result of the interview, you will hear from us within 2 weeks. We will either be ready to present you with a job offer or produce recommendations (on demand) on how you can better fit the role in the near future. We encourage you to be proactive throughout the process and get in touch with us if you have any questions or issues.
